Riverbird by Shawnee Bluff is our newest venture. The Winery is located at 442 Riverbird Lane, Camdenton, MO. We are respectfully restoring the Historic Hugo Urbauer Lodge, once the Mozark Millionaires’ Rod & Reel Club.

 

Hugo and Ina Urbauer are the original builders of the Riverbird property. Austrian-born Hugo Urbauer was a successful St. Louis Industrialist specializing in the heating & cooling industry. In 1930, the Urbauers created a private retreat in Camdenton, MO, overlooking the Niangua River that was built with hand-quarried stone from the area. We are bringing new life back into the property and we look forward to sharing the Historic Landmark with our valued guests soon. The Winery will offer wine tastings, wine by the glass or bottle, and an upscale bistro-style menu.

 

Come out for wine tastings, savor multiple courses, or enjoy a drink and a burger. Experience fresh flavors from our scratch kitchen, featuring Mill Street Meats—Missouri-grown and locally slaughtered beef and pork. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available to suit every taste.
